About Franchesca

Hello! My name is Franchesca, and I am a 21-year-old professional based in Manhattan, and for the past three years I have worked in a charter school's after-school program, supporting and mentoring children ages 6-13 (2nd-8th Grade). I also have two nieces that I have helped raise since newborn (ages 10 months and 2 years old). I have experience in changing diapers, feeding, putting to bed, light cooking, and play time. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. As an outgoing and energetic person, I enjoy connecting with others and creating positive experiences. I am passionate about singing, dancing, listening to music, and exploring new adventures. I am now excited to expand my professional experience, explore new opportunities, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
