About Franchesca

Hi all! (My rates starts at $23/hr). I work in the healthcare field and I have had 10 PAID years of nanny experience and have been babysitting for as long as I can remember! It helps to have grown up with little siblings with a 10+ year age gap, as well as caring for dozens of other families throughout the years. I am EMT-B certified so my CPR/First Aid certifications are also up to date! I love sports, to play, basic cooking, homework, chores, reading/library, going on adventures or errands and be active with kids; mostly seeing them grow in whatever way makes them happy! I believe children need routine/structure, but also will make sure to follow the same discipline/rules the parents follow so the kids have consistency in their care. I look forward to hearing from you! I have the most experience with children ages newborn to 6 years old, and am confident in my communication and childcare skills.
