About Francessca

I'm a longtime childcare provider looking to help create personal growth and develop individual creativity by providing individual care. I rely heavily on Montessori and gentle parenting principles while also incorporating parental guidelines. I have worked for corporate daycares and am currently working for a small privately owned daycare, but they all are lacking that one on one personal experience that I believe a child needs to grow and learn in the best way possible. I have a background in art and I found it works well in teaching and in childcare, as art can bring out children's natural wonder and expression of the world around them. I have worked with children of all ages, from infant to school age and early adolescent. Each age group has its highs and lows, but what matters to me is knowing the child for who they are, no matter the age, to provide the best care I can for them.
