I've care for an 100-year-old diabetic lady who need help moving around, going to bathroom, cleaning and changing of clothes. I cooked and and helped her eat, kept her place tidy and took care of her cat. I shared the job with another lady but the client always preferred me because I did not get mad with her when she acted out (she had early stage dementia). I have also cared for 106-year-old who needed help with showers, toileting, dressing, meal prep, mobility and light housekeeping. both my patients were occasionally depressed, but we did well with coping and daily living.
