About Frances

To Frances’ next family, It is with great appreciation that I write this letter of recommendation for Frances, who cared for our son from three to six months old. From the very beginning, she brought such warmth, reliability, and calm confidence into our home — which meant the world to us as new parents. During her time with our family, Frances took on a range of responsibilities, including washing bottles, doing the baby’s laundry, and following our Mom’s on Call schedule to keep naps and feedings on track. She also spent lots of time engaging our little one in age-appropriate play — from tummy time to singing, reading, and encouraging his early development in the sweetest ways.
