About Frances

Hi! My name is Frances, I'm 24, and by day I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with special needs children in the school environment. I'm looking for some extra work in the evenings and on weekends. I have just over a year of experience in my current field, but before this I taught in early childhood education for 7 years with ages 6 weeks to 6 years. A portion of that teaching took place in a Montessori school, which lead to my love of child centered teaching and environments. Fostering independence through child centered learning is a passion of mine that I like to apply to all of my interactions with the children I work with.
