Frances did an excellent job taking care of my mother-in-law. She was dependable on time and hard-working. She always got the job done and always wanted to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. She's very pleasant, caring, jovial and a good motivator. She was easy to speak with about job changes or details and was a pleasure to be around. My mother-in-law also liked her very much. She was like one of the family. I would definitely hire her again.
