About Frances

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, strong, resourceful I like caring for seniors because I believe this phase of our lives has value and we all need to live our lives to the best of our abilities even when we need help to achieve that. I'm looking for a job that has meaning, where the client and I are able to make a connection that allows for the client to experience dignity while receiving help. I started caring for seniors when I married a paraplegic who was then in his fifties. I then cared for a quadriplegic in my home for seven years. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, socialize with friends. I've just started pickle ball which I love. I also like working with my hands gardening and doing home improvements. One thing you should know about me is I am resourceful. Small changes can be very impactful for someone who has restrictions due to illness or handicap. My skills include attention to detail, experience with dealing with a multitude of situations.
