About Frances

Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm Franni and I have lived in Hampton Roads all my life. I have always loved working with children. As a high school student, I consistently held babysitting jobs, often with military families in my area. My senior year, I had an internship with John B. Dey Elementary working with third graders in an inclusion classroom. Throughout college I had babysitting jobs while I also assisted first and second graders with Language Arts at Windsor Oaks Elementary school. Finally, more recently, I was an Inclusion specialist for Parks and Recreation. City of Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation. Here, wrote and implemented programs for children with special needs. I have experience with children diagnosed with autism, Down's syndrome, and ADHD, to name a few. Everything I do, I do with a passion to spread more love and kindness in the world, and I hope you can trust me to extend this love to your family.
