About Frances

Nurturing children and fostering their growth has been the focus of my life for the past 3+ years. My background includes working as a preschool aide, providing in-home care, and supporting children with special needs, including autistic and non-speaking children. Through my coursework in Early Childhood Development, I have gained valuable insights into how to best support young minds. I am patient, calm, and creative, always eager to engage in age-appropriate games or fun crafts. I am also comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I dont currently hold CPR training and First Aid certifications, but plan to get them ASAP. I prioritize clear communication and will always follow your preferred method for updates. I am a skilled swimmer and look forward to providing safe, attentive, and joyful supervision for your family. I truly cannot wait to meet your little ones and become a part of your daily routine
