About Francesca

Hi! My name is Francesca, and I'm a caring, patient, and reliable childcare provider with two years of hands-on experience as an au pair here in the U. S. During my time as an au pair, I had the opportunity to become a trusted part of a family's everyday life and gained experience caring for 2 children, keeping them engaged, and creating a safe and happy environment for them. I truly enjoy working with kids because I love their curiosity, creativity, and personalities. I believe childcare is about more than simply keeping children occupied. I enjoy playing with them, doing age-appropriate activities, helping with routines, and making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I'm responsible, organized, and dependable, and I always try to bring a positive and calm attitude to my work. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family!
