About Francesca

Hi! My name is Francesca, and I'm 27 years old. Caring for children has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I began my childcare journey at 17, working closely with a set of infant twins. Since then, I've gained hands-on experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs. My work in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) has given me the opportunity to support children with autism, and I find that incredibly rewarding. I bring both warmth and energy to every family I work with. Having grown up playing soccer and basketball, I love staying active and engaging kids in games and outdoor activities. Whether it's helping with homework, keeping little ones entertained, or providing structured support, I'm always eager to make a positive impact. I truly believe in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment--and I'm committed to being someone families can count on.
