About Francesca

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, hardworking, and honest. I like working with kids because it brings out the creative side in me, they never fail to teach me new things. They always keep me on my toes! I also love to think that I can have a positive influence on each child's lives that is meaningful and that they remember. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding. I love to be able to go outside and try different activities depending on what the child/ren are interested in doing. I started working with kids when I was about 11 years old. I started off babysitting, then a couple years later I began working at a summer camp as a counselor. In my spare time, I like to play/take care of my 2 kittens. I also work at a restaurant as a server, and I am currently pursing my bachelors degree online. One thing you should know about me is I will always prioritize the child/rens safety, and remain in control of the situation. My skills include patience, creativity, and empathy.
