About Francesca

I'm a college student, majoring in elementary education. I have always loved interacting with kids and making up activities/games to play, I have been the Kids Workshop captain at my current job for the past 3 years and was a TA at my local dance studio for a year, I have a lot of experience in managing and keeping kids on schedule while still managing to have fun! I am very patient and will try to get to the bottom of the issue, I love problem solving so doing brain activities and puzzles with your kids is my jam. I will maintain clear communication through your preferred method, whether via text or daily updates at pickup. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and carpooling. I am very comfortable enforcing your established household rules to ensure consistency. I look forward to bringing my imaginative approach to your home and becoming a trusted part of your family.
