About Francesca

Hello! My name is Francesca, and I'm a proud mom of two wonderful little girls. I have been working with children since 2013 as a substitute teacher, including managing my own classrooms full-time. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience working with children of all ages, including those with special needs and autism, through ABA-based care. Creativity is a big part of who I am-I'm also a fashion designer and cake decorator, and I love bringing my artistic side into childcare through fun, engaging, and educational activities. Whether it's crafts, baking projects, or imaginative play, I enjoy creating memorable experiences for kids while encouraging their growth and development. I'm dependable, patient, and passionate about supporting children in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
