Francesca is an integral part of our family unit. She is dependable, caring, nurturing yet stern and a joy to be around. My children are 2 and 4 and Francesca has cared for them for nearly a year. They love her because I travel for work there and many errands that arise while I am gone and Francesca always steps up to the plate to help keep our household running smoothly.
