I highly recommended Francesca for the nanny position. She is responsible and experienced nanny. Francesca is a tremendously patient person and very friendly individual which help my kids with behavioral problems. She has been quite a role model to my kids and has put up with their temper tantrums during the extremely difficult terrible twos! The time my youngest had colic, Francesca stayed up with him all night comforting him while I slept because I had work the next day. Francesca was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I have never had to worry when leaving my kids alone with her. I am very sad to see her go but I understand that she needs to move to pursue her dreams and recommend her strongly for a similar position as I am confident that she will do wonders for any child under her care. I know that your children would love her as much as mine have and that you would never be disappointed in her services.
