About Frances

Frances has been a personal friend of mine for fifteen years. During that time I have had the opportunity to observe her in many different situations. I can confidently say that she is a trustworthy and honest individual who takes her responsibilities seriously. When my son was in elementary school he had the good fortune to be a student in an after school French class where Frances was one of the teachers. She interacted well with the students, exhibited a friendly attitude, was patient and kind and was certainly comfortable speaking and reading French to the children. Frances also volunteered many hours as the leader for my son's Cub Scout den. As such, she was in charge of leading weekly den meetings, organizing lessons and field trips and teaching the skills the boys needed in order to achieve their rank advancements and merit badges. She was also dependable, organized and thorough with her lessons while adding an element of fun to the program. I could tell she prepared her lessons well and tailored them to the age of the learners. I have also seen her work with adults and she is effective in those situations also. In conclusion, I feel confident that Frances would do an effective job of instructing individuals or groups and do not hesitate to recommend her for such a position. Deborah
