Francene has great passion for her work. She was wonderful with our son who has quite complex needs. He enjoyed his time with her, including lots of outdoor activities. Francene is able to balance being very efficient at caregiver duties while also being energetic and compassionate. In addition to working with our son, she took of our dogs as if they were her own. During her tenure, one of our dogs was sick and required special care. With her experience, Francene is calm during challenging situations. We trusted her completely with our home. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a talented, dependable caregiver/aide/companion.
