I have work with the elderly with dementia and other various illnesses, for a number of years. I cook, do laundry, shop, take to appointments, administer medications, assist with personal hygiene, and provide companionship along with helping with mental stimulation, plus anything else that I can do to help my client be the best they can be.

I don't think there are many caretakers around with as much experience and expertise as Flossie. When we heard that she had been taking care of patients for over 42 years, we knew we had to hire Flossie to help us with my grandma. And boy, did we make the right choice! Flossie not only has the knowledge and skills of a true professional, but she also has the gumption to get down-and-dirty and get things done. When hospice claimed that my grandma's fall didn't cause damage, Flossie proved them incorrect by pointing out the telltale signs of a broken hip. They then admitted that Flossie was right, and we were able to get the care that we needed to treat her in the correct manner. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how compassionate Flossie is, and how much patience she has shown to our dementia-ridden loved one. She truly has treated my grandma as if she were family, since day 1. We have been so lucky to have Flossie, and I hope that my review will help another family as well.
