I've been working with children for the last 21 years. I prefer to work with infants because I like to be involved with them since the early stages of childhood. I have units in early childhood development. In my early career, I worked in child development centers. But in the last 10 years, I've transitioned into working exclusively with families. My last two assignments have been with families and have lasted 6+ years. References upon request.
