Hi! I'm Ms. Flore, a certified Florida teacher with 5 years of helping students in grades K-8 build confidence in ELA, math, and study skills. I specialize in systematic phonics and structured literacy instruction, giving struggling readers the foundational skills to decode, read fluently, and comprehend. Every student learns differently, so I personalize sessions to meet children where they are. My approach is hands-on, encouraging, and structured, keeping students engaged and making real progress. I have experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, and other learning needs, making learning accessible for ALL learners. Beyond academics, I focus on building strong study habits and critical thinking skills that support long-term success. I keep parents informed regularly so they always know how their child is progressing.
