About Florence

Hi Hi, my name is Flo! I have 10+ years of childcare experience working everywhere from summer camps and nurseries to single-family care, ages newborn through middle school. I have experience with severe allergies (EpiPen trained) and learning/physical disabilities. I have worked with some families for over 5 years watching their kids go from diapers to bike riding without training wheels. I consider myself a Michelin Star snack provider and pride myself on helping picky eaters who might be "learning to like _____". I always have the energy to play and treat my kiddos with compassion, respect, and kindness because I ask the same from them. I am excited to learn and love to nurture their curiosity ("How high does the sun go?", "what's the brown in brown sugar?"). I have a bachelor's degree in Design from Pratt Institute, hoping to go into children's design as a career goal because I want to create products that help parents and are fun for kids.
