About Florence

Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. With a college degree, CNA training (in progress toward certification), three years of caregiving experience, and experience supporting individuals with mental disabilities, I bring a calm, compassionate, and dependable approach to care. I assist with personal care, activities of daily living, mobility support, and ensuring safety and dignity at all times. I also provide companionship, respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. I adapt easily to changing needs, de-escalate stressful situations, and build trust with clients and families. CPR and First Aid certified, I am committed to quality, person-centered home care.,
