About Florelle

Florelle became much more than a caregiver to our family. She was hired to care for my father as he recovered from a stroke, and over time became a trusted and valued part of his support system. During the final few weeks of his life, when he transitioned to hospice care at home, Florelle continued to provide exceptional care, comfort, and companionship. She was consistently punctual, dependable, flexible, and accommodating with our family's changing needs. She assisted my father with his daily care, prepared and served meals, administered medications, monitored his comfort, and treated him with dignity and respect at all times. In addition to caring for my father, she was always willing to help with light housekeeping tasks, which was a tremendous help to our family. What stood out most was her kindness. Florelle is warm, polite, patient, and genuinely caring. Her calm and compassionate presence brought comfort not only to my father but also to our entire family during a very difficult period. Caring for an elderly parent recovering from a stroke and later receiving hospice care requires both skill and compassion, and Florelle demonstrated both every day. We are deeply grateful for the care she provided and would recommend her without hesitation to any family seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable caregiver.
