Flavia gave word that she will do the job, I then stopped looking for applicants because i liked her for the job. She asked that I send her my home address which I did. I followed up to see if she got the address, she didn't pick up. I called again and again,no response. I gave a day in between and called and texted again the following day. She picked up and said she was sick that is why I haven't heard back from her. Since she was asleep when I called her,I apologized to her for the bad timing and asked her to call me back when she feels better and up. Haven't heard back that day either. Followed up the next day, and again, nothing. I then wrote to her via care.com and she replied with " Oh sorry, but your address is far away from me". Seriously? If my address is far from her, all she had to do was to let me know. Not ignore my calls and texts the way she did wasting my time and energy and putting my interviewing other people on stand by. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and disappointing. A very bad way to do business especially in this type of job where trust is important. Her talk didn't match her walk AT ALL.
