About Flanza

I've cared for children for the past 20 years, 13 of those years were caring and educating preschool age children, 7 of those years were holding and nurturing age 3 and under. For the last 3 years I have help care for two young children as a nanny. I am kind, caring, compassionate, nurturing , respectful and patient! I help children off all ages learn and understand kindness and empathy. Children rely on us to guide them and help them learn life skills. Prior to becoming a nanny I worked at a NAEYC accredited school , which prepares your child for a healthier lifestyle and successful future! I've worked with individual children , set goals for them and helped them reach that goal. 5 core beliefs of NAEYC are " Core values include appreciating and supporting the bond between child and family, respecting the dignity and worth of children and colleagues, and building a culture of diversity, trust, and respect."
