Hired Fiorella for a basic cleaning at her hourly rate. The day of the cleaning she contacts me saying she suddenly doesn't charge hourly but instead per project at a completely different price point. No reason was given for this change. Luckily, I only needed a light cleaning and wasn't interested in her bate and switch tactics so I did the cleaning myself. Will not work with this cleaner again.
