Finley has been watching our 18 month old for a few months now and we absolutely love her! She is calm, patient, communicative, and attentive, and does a great job keeping him engaged with playtime and activities. The best sign of how much he enjoys her is that he lights up when she arrives and runs over to hug her! She is very caring with his needs and never hesitates to ask questions if she wants to make sure she is doing something the right way. It is clear she genuinely cares about kiddos. Our son recently started preschool to socialize with other kids, but she still helps us when we need extra support. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her to any family!!
