My background has helped me develop a calm, patient, and attentive approach to childcare. I'm comfortable managing daily routines, engaging children in age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. My healthcare studies have also strengthened my attention to safety, hygiene, and emergency awareness. Availability: • Monday: until 3:00 p.m. • Tuesday: until 3:00 p.m. • Wednesday: until 3:00 • Thursday: until 3:00 • Friday: until 3:00 Weekends: unavailable unless we talk, but in exchange for a weekend day I would take a week day off instead I ask for guaranteed hours of 30/week, if family cancels on me I expect compensation for missed hours. However, if I have to cancel on the family I would not be paid for those hours. If you do not need 30 hours of care I will charge a flat rate per week rather than per hour. My hourly rate is 17 an hour for children 1 and up. We can talk about flat rates if you do not need 30 hours.
