Fefe is my saving grace! We've been working with her for several weeks now and she is WONDERFUL . She's a great communicator and always responds to text and sends updates during the day. She's never been late, she's picked up extra hours when she can. My baby is super attached and is struggling with the transition to other care and Fefe is so patient and kind, not afraid to play silly with her and meet her where she is. I would/have book(ed) again
