About Fernanda

I am a dedicated Program Leader Developer at Tahoe Valley Elementary School and the Boys & Girls Club of Lake Tahoe, where I've spent nearly a year empowering children aged 6 months to 14 years. I design engaging educational, STEM, and outdoor programs that cater to each child's unique needs, promoting their growth and curiosity. Most of my private experience has involved providing weekly care or weekend support to the same families, allowing me to build strong relationships and offer tailored experiences for both children and parents. I believe that getting to know the families deeply enhances the quality of care and engagement I provide. I bring strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in diverse environments, and am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all youth. With an Associate's degree in child development, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, I am excited to continue inspiring and nurturing the next generation.
