My qualifications are: * More than 15 years of experience in child care, from birth to 11 years old; * Extensive knowledge in providing long-term care for children, including cooking, preparing bottles, changing diapers, cleaning and mending, supervising baths, educating and amusing the children by reading and taking them on outings reading or anything they choose ; * Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills; * Goal-oriented person, good professional attitude and highly motivated individual. My education history is as follows: -GED; Adult E. D.; attended Early Childhood Education classes. -Volunteer at a hospital's program for special needs children and a Girl Scout from pre-k to 6th grade.

Where do I begin? Femi has been an actual Godsend to our family. She's been with us 3 days/week for the past few months and she's the most thoughtful, caring and professional caregiver I've ever hired. She cares for our now 6-month-old (he was 3 months when she began) and our 7-year-old, and she doesn't bat an eye at the continuous changes that come with infanthood as well as the new ideas I throw at her for helping him learn to sleep, eat, etc. She's a total team player, always honors my wishes in regard to the kids, treats them with love and respect and goes out of her way to communicate any little thing she thinks I might want to know about their day. I was hesitant to hire someone I didn't know but I trust Femi completely - to the point that my husband and I are leaving to go on a trip without kids for the first time in years, leaving her in charge of literally everything at home. Competent, reliable, trustworthy and just a plain good person, I would highly recommend Femi to anyone - although I don't really want to share her!!! haha!
