About Felisha

Hi and thank you for taking interest in my profile! My name is Felisha and I live in Jersey City, New Jersey. I'm a former middle school Language Arts teacher for 5 years and although my teaching experience was short, my experience with children goes far beyond that. In high school, I worked at a daycare center after school and in the summer. Ages ranged from 2 years - Pre-K. This is when my love for children began to grow. In college, I worked for an amazing family in Jersey City for about 4 years as a full time nanny until I went on to complete my teaching internship. At the start of the pandemic, I worked with two children as a full time nanny in Hoboken (ages 1 and 3) and then I went on to become a full time nanny to a set of twins (they were 6 months old when I started). I would say nannying is my personal favorite experience with children. I loved being able to work one-on-one with families and give them the relief they need with someone caring for their children.
