Felicia has been with us for the past year, since my son was 3 months old, and what a wonderful year it has been! Our son absolutely loves her and lights up when he sees her every day. Felicia has been with us through it all - the ever changing baby schedules, milestones, etc. and rolls with all the punches that caring for a baby entails. She graciously listens to any feedback you give her and was always wonderful about enforcing any schedules or skills we were trying to implement. Only a move could force us to lose such an amazing Nanny that has become such an important part of our family this last year. I cannot have imagined my son's last year with anyone else. We love you Felicia!
