Felicia goes above & beyond her job expectations. Her infectious personality gave my 2 sons all the love & care needed & more than I ever imagined. She treated them like they were her own family, loved them, built puzzles, played games, sang & danced with them, changed their diapers, helped with potty training, and got my oldest ready for the school day. Felicia is detail oriented & dedicates herself to the job at hand. When asked to watch the boys, she also did the laundry (folded clothes & put them away), washed walls, cleaned the kitchen, took out the trash, vacuumed, mopped, and scrubbed the bathrooms. Felicia is a rare gem and irreplaceable, but wherever she goes, she will be loved from day one. She works hard, loves the people she works for, and genuinely cares about each individual. My older son requires a lot of extra patience since he has special needs and has severe separate anxiety. However, when Felicia shows up, his face lights up and he is happy to have her here.
