About Fay

I enjoy working with kids because I love to encourage/ help them grow, explore, & be creative in a safe and nurturing setting. Reading aloud, exploring parks, singing/ dancing to music, drawing, and playing outside are my favorite activities. I'm looking for a family I can serve long term on an as needed basis. I'd describe my personality as caring, fun loving, flexible, & mature. I was a Grafton school district librarian for 2 years. I have always loved teaching Sunday school and tutoring. I homeschooled our 6 kids for nearly 20 years. In my spare time I garden, walk, paddleboard, train our dog, cook and read. I'm happy to limit screens completely. I am someone who Is honest, energetic, dependable, enjoys being active, and very caring. I communicate well and strive to follow the family's rules /expectations. I am very experienced with babies, and with medical needs (ie - G tubes etc having a 10 year career in Veterinary medicine in my past) I'm a pet lover too!
