About Faye

We have been working with Faye since August 2025, and we truly feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. When we first met Faye, it was our first time ever working with a babysitter or nanny for our two young children, so naturally we were a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. We had originally planned to have Faye help us with a weekly Thursday date night, but from our very first conversation, she made us feel much more comfortable with the entire process. Faye was incredibly informative, transparent, and professional. She actually took the time to educate us as parents on what we should look for when evaluating a nanny — credentials, background, experience, skills, knowledge, and overall fit with our family. She was also completely upfront in providing us with her own information and background. That level of openness and professionalism immediately gave us a great deal of confidence in her. Most importantly, Faye connected with our children incredibly quickly. At first, as expected, our kids were a little hesitant about having someone new in the house. But after only the first couple of visits, something completely changed — they started asking when Faye was coming back! They would even ask us to go out so that Faye could come over and spend time with them. As parents, there really isn't a better feeling than knowing your children are genuinely happy and excited to see the person caring for them. Faye is extremely dependable, punctual, attentive, and thoughtful. Whenever we are away, she keeps us updated with texts, photos, and videos, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. She pays close attention to the kids' routines, makes sure they eat, helps keep them on track with their work and activities, and most importantly, makes sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Our children speak very highly of Faye, and their relationship with her says more than anything we could write in a review. We also can't say enough about Faye's character, work ethic, patience, and personality. She is incredibly knowledgeable about children, but she is equally patient with us as parents as we learn and navigate things too. She communicates openly, treats our family with respect, and clearly takes great pride and responsibility in the care she provides. What started as looking for someone to help us with an occasional date night has turned into finding someone we genuinely trust and are very thankful to have in our lives. Faye has become someone very special to our family. We are incredibly grateful for her and cannot recommend Faye highly enough. Any family would be very fortunate to have her caring for their children.
