Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. We were scheduled for a babysitting job this evening, but we never connected before the start time. I shared my phone number through the app, and she later said she had texted me, but I never received any message. She also never provided me with her phone number, so I had no way to contact her directly. Before the scheduled start time had fully passed, she told me she had already made other plans because she didn't hear from me. As a result, I had to cancel my evening at the last minute. Reliable communication and confirming plans are very important when providing childcare, and this experience did not meet my expectations.
