Fatou was very professional, always on time, courteous, and empathetic in taking care of an 81-year-old lady with a Total Knee Replacement surgery. She made sure that the medications were taken on time, the exercises were done, the Ice cooling bottles were replaced and helped her with all the daily tasks.
