She cared for my niece, who is autistic, for about 1–2 years, and we had a very positive experience with her. Fatima was dependable, punctual, patient, and attentive. She always arrived on time and took her responsibilities seriously. She was very caring with my niece and did a great job understanding her needs, keeping her comfortable, and making sure she was safe and well cared for. She also has a background in the medical field, which gave us additional confidence in her ability to handle different situations calmly and responsibly. She has great experience working with children and is compassionate, trustworthy, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Fatima for a caregiving position, especially with a child who may need extra patience, attention, and understanding we absolutely love Fatima.
