I clean regular houses and deep cleaner for 10 years. My schedule is opened for every two weeks, once a month , one time cleaning and deep cleaning. My hour rates starts at $35 and up . All dependent what you are looking for . I charge by job for constant clean /schedule:dust, flours, bath, frigid, stove, wipes out side cabinets but if it is a Big job ( deep clean / after construction , windows , oven , inside cabinets sometimes I need to charge by hours . I do clean summer houses /Second homes if you give me your schedule . If I have time I can accept last min request. I'm sorry but I don't have time to do laundry . (But for second home(bedding) we can talk about ) I don't mind clean houses with pet(friendly) but I don't clean pet waste . I can bring some products but I don't carer a green products with me .
