Fatema is currently nannying for my twins. The 18 month olds took an instant liking to her. It's their first experience with someone outside of the family. They asked her to pick them up and clung on to Fatema, 10 mins into meeting her for the first time. Fatema really knows her way around children. Zero screen time and she really engages them in activities. Fatema is punctual. She has a pleasant demeanor and is very communicative.
