About Farrie

My name is Farrie Olakunle. I am a grateful and proud mother of one adult daughter. With 30 plus years of working in the public school system, I still have a desire to help students bridge educational gaps to become successful in their academic studies. I have worked with children and teens at the Boys and Girls Club, Elks Aide Moore Children's Home, Sharp Learning Center, and as a Peer-Tutor Counselor for Claflin College Upward Bound Program. As a care taker, I assisted in caring for my elderly family members. Around 1993, I was employed by GRN Mental Health Mental Retardation Services as a House Parent . Later in life, I decided to work as a Patient Care Assistant through Golden Home Homecare Services. Lastly, I reveived my CNA certification last year. Hopefully my experience and passion for helping others can be of assistance to you.
