About Fantaysia

Hi! My name is Fantaysia, but everyone calls me Fannie. I currently work for BCPS in the Special Education Department, where I support students with a variety of learning and developmental needs. Working in education has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt to each child's unique personality and learning style. Prior to working in the school system, I spent over nine years as a nanny, caring for children of different ages and helping families maintain safe, structured, and engaging routines. I am CPR and First Aid trained, dependable, organized, and passionate about helping children learn and grow. In my free time, I enjoy baking, cooking, photography, and exploring new activities. Families often describe me as energetic, patient, and caring, and I strive to create a positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged.
