About Faith

I'd describe my personality as "I'm organized, patient and helpful. I pride myself on my time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.. I often find happiness in assisting others I like working with kids because Working with children reminds me of how amazing and exciting the world can be. I love seeing things from their eyes. It makes me a happier and more positive person in my day-to-day life. Children also encourage me to use my imagination and find new creative ways to do things! One thing you should know about me is I am hard of hearing but it does not affect my ability to communicate using my voice . Working with children requires a unique set of skills to work with various personalities and age groups. There are a variety of verbal and nonverbal skills that are necessary when working with a child and a level of intuition needed to understand their needs since children are still developing their communication skills.
