I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my own skills to encourage others and problem solve, rather than just complete the same checklist by rote memorization day after day. I thrive on creating safe and happy spaces for others, and I hope to extend on the one you've created in your home. I've been working with kids my whole life - I have six younger siblings, and my first jobs were babysitting around the community. In my spare time, I like to write, draw, make music, and create stories. I like to think I'm a very creative person in most aspects. My skills include patience, listening, and respect. I trust that kids are always doing their best in a new world, and I should give them the tools and environment necessary to allow them to thrive. Kids are their own people who deserve to be heard, understood, and treated with respect.
