Hey there! My name is Fadila, but I go by Lilly. I graduated from UCLA in 2019 and recently moved to Tucson from Rocklin, CA. My degree is in Anthropology, but I have always loved kids. My long-term goal is to go to nursing school and become a Pediatric RN. I have interned on the NICU and PEDS floors at the UCLA Ronald Reagan hospital, am CPR-certified, and have babysat/nannied for 5 different families (aged 0-13). I have also taken many child development and nutrition courses. I have a drivers license with a clean driving record and am vaccinated. I'm very family-oriented (the youngest of 6!), and have been loving auntie life. I also love animals and spending time exploring the outdoors. Growing up around children, I understand how difficult it can be to trust strangers with your little ones. I hope I can help to alleviate some of that stress and be a reliable and honest confidant for you and your family.

Can't say enough good things about Lilly (Fadila)! She's been working for us about a year now caring full time mainly for our two younger children (ages now are almost 3 and 1). She also took care of our two older children over the summer and helps with them also in the mornings (ages now are almost 9 and almost 7). She's a part of our family and the kids look forward to Mondays to see her again. She helps around the house during nap time and goes above and beyond daily. We have a great partnership taking care of the kids and keeping them on track with all their activities. She's also wonderful with our dog. So grateful for her in our lives!
