About Eythana
Experience: 4 yrs
I managed an in-house childcare at a YMCA for 1. 5 years, after initially working in the space for 2 years before that. I've nannied for many families over the years, as well as always having being in environments with lots of kids. I come from a large family, and caring for children is such a natural part of my life. Developmentally aware and trauma informed care is incredibly important to me, and I work with each parent to establish exactly the kinds of methods and practices they know will help their children thrive, as well as intentionally getting to know each child and learn from experience with them how to best nurture and support them.
