After caring for my grandmother I decided to change careers & for 7+ years I've been caring for those who cared for us. I run errands, go grocery shopping, take patients to Drs appointment, or outings. I have experience cooking for various medical diets. I'v used hoyer lifts, oxygen tanks, breathing treatments. BP machine, checking oxygen levels, & Medicine mngmnt. I've had patients who are bed bound, I've changed ostomy bags, flushed internal catheters, put on external catheters. I've had patients who have had CHF, Pacemakers, high or low BP, Ms, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, a quadriplegic. My specialty is Alzheimer's & Dementia patients, they need consistency. I love to hear their stories. I believe in keeping them engaged, happy, content, healthy & I'm experience in end of life care. I work well with hospice, home health, & nurses
